Abstract Generation of new DNA constructs is an essential process in modern life science and biotechnology. Modular cloning systems based on Golden Gate cloning, using Type IIS restriction endonucleases, allow assembly complex multipart from reusable basic parts a rapid, reliable automation-friendly way.
